I picked these up locally from a Craigslist add; fiberglass, carbon flash, $240.00. They go on the Vette this weekend. Now the search for a well priced carbon flash splitter begins.

I'd say you made a great buy. Good luck with the install and post up pics when they are on the car.

I did the one that looks OEM for my Grand Sport - very happy with the quality and the install was super easy - no drilling at all.

OEM shaped splitter in Carbon Flash:

If you want a Z06 looking splitter in Carbon Flash:

Amazon Amazon

Here is mine installed:

Skirts installed, not a problem other than adjusting (wallering) the front and rear holes a little to match the OEM screws. The skirts were new and came with 17 predrilled holes and 34 aluminum rivets. I used the front and rear OEM screws, four stainless screws and 3M double faced tape. I drove to Daytona Beach and back yesterday (about 260 miles) with no issues.

They look great! Do you know the manufacturer? Did you buy them solely on price or were there other factors? I'm not trying to be nosey rather I'm on the market myself, I have been checking CL too and I find a similar set but they had been sold earlier that day... Funny not funny.

I tend to overthink things, at times unnecessarily so and I'm trying not to do that here but at the same time not regret the purchase due to lacking quality - there are sooo many of these damn things ranging in price that it's making my head hurt...

I installed ABS skirts o my 14 and they looked great. I was looking at ABS skirts again and most were fairly priced. The carbon fiber skirts ranged in price from competitive with ABS to $1,500 +. Although I don't know the quality of the lower priced skirts, I kept thinking that you get what you pay for. Also I was somewhat worried about damage then replacement cost of carbon fiber. I just happened on the skirts on craigslist, they were fiberglass painted with carbon flash. The skirts were new in the box but there was no indication who made them and the seller couldn't recall.
