thanks, but what about the square looking panel on each end do they protrude out that much? almost look's like rubber bumpers?

That's normal, looks like the panels are just painted a different shade. Hard to tell if it has the NPP exhaust

Not just tinted tail lights, but all the reflectors on the rear have been replaced with dark tinted units. The previous owner put a high polish on the rear bumper. I thought it was textured, but it's a reflection of the road bed that's appearing on the rear bumper.
