100 ft lbs has been the standard for many years, up until the C8.

I torque mine to 110 lbs on the 12x1.50 wheel studs. My Camaro had 14x1.50 and 140 lbs, I was really surprised when I bought my C7 that it had the smaller studs. Maybe its because the C7 is several hundred pounds lighter then my Gen6 2016 Camaro and GM has that figured into their formula for what wheel stud is needed. The Camaro has the same stud as the full sized GM trucks.

I do it in three increments: 60, 80, 100; though, the actual numbers chosen aren't critical.
