In April I bought a 2017 Grand Sport from an individual who bought it from Hendrick Chevrolet in Manassas, Virginia. My car has the poverty splitter, no bodywork under the doors and very short winglets. I've heard that Chevy left body parts in the rear to be installed by dealer. Is this true? I ask this after I viewed another thread from a new Grand Sport owner( his was WGG like mine) that had all of this installed and it looked much better. I believe the winglets are called Stage 2 and does the rest of the bodywork come in a Stage 2 package?
My car came with the poverty splitter, no side skirts and the low stage one rear winglets. I added stage 2 spoilers front and rear spoilers with 3/4 length side skirts. You car should have came with the 3/4 length side skirts if it is a 2017. Here is mine with the additions.

@Mark Rogers - Mark - when I bought me '19 GS, the extra's were not added as well. I had to remind the dealership that I was pretty sure the GS came with a splitter and side moldings (can't remember what they're called). The dealership "magically" found them in a back room, boxed up. I installed everything myself.

Stage 2 aero was an option. Stage 1 with the poverty splitter and shorter winglets was standard.

Partly true, as your '17 GS's poverty splitter and 3/4 side skirts would not have been delivered with the GS, but sent to the dealer's parts department for dealer installation separate from the delivery of GS.
Here's a '17 GS showing stock OEM splitter and 3/4 side skirts.

That is what happened to me. My GS did not have them, but some of the others did on the floor. I looked over the sticker and could not figure out why. They checked with several people and said those items come in separate boxes not always shipped with the car. Drove it home and they found the boxes after a few days and installed them when I did my 500 mi oil change.
