What have you tried to clean it off with? Nearly everything in my detail arsenal works for me, including a damp microfiber towel. Unless you work at KFC or something, I don't know why you can't get the prints wiped off rather easily.

Almost anything will remove fingerprints on the surface of our 2017 nav screen. But once the fingerprints are removed, there are still marks where my finger has pressed on many of the screen "buttons". The marks are only visible when the light hits at certain angles, but very visible then.
I've very carefully tried plastic cleaners, glass cleaners, detail spray, damp rags, even rubbing alcohol. None of those cleaners has damaged the screen, but none of them will remove the marks. I keep my fingernails short and don't use anything else to press the screen "buttons", but there is definitely some kind of minor damage there.
