Yes, hold down the start button without pressing the brake. After five seconds or so all the electronics will be powered without starting the engine. This is Service Mode. (It is in the manual.)
Note however this is a significant drain on the battery, Do not leave it in this mode for long.
I'm not sure tire pressure will be correct though. I thought the sensors went to sleep after motion was no longer detected. So the value in the computer is the last value before the tire sensor went to sleep.

I inflate mine while in service mode and the pressure is adjusted.

The drain can be lessened by turning off the headlights and the HVAC fan.
