Depends on the year. First there was Laguna Blue, then Admiral Blue, then in 2019 Elkhart Lake Blue. My guess would be Laguna Blue. Admiral Blue is a bit darker.
I'd guess Laguna as it is lighter than the darker Admiral and ELBs i've seen
Now at least thru the C5 & 6 runs, this shade was name the same thing, and Laguna was all i saw advertised when i was C7 shopping, but your setup ? suggests that C7 had others........

It's Elkhart Lake Blue Metallic which, when side-by-side, looks a little darker/deeper than Laguna Blue. Chevy introduced ELBM in the 2019 MY, producing 2166 C7s in that color.
My point was that, as I said previously, the car pictured in the OP's post might be Laguna or Elkhart.

I don't think the 2019s had chrome wheels, The 2014 did.

Not sure about the wheel design, but pg 35 of the 2019 Corvette Brochure shows "19" x 8.5" Front and 20" x 10" Rear Aluminum Torque Directional Wheel in Chrome" (emphasis added) as available for the Stingray.
