Carvana
So, FWIW. I was fooling around on the Internet. My car is a '19 Z51, 1LT, 7 speed, two tops, machined face wheels, 8,500 miles. They offfered me 51,717. More than I paid 18 months ago. I guess C7 values are really up.
Right now Cargurus thinks the private party value of my 19 GS is enough to cover:
-Original purchase price
-Every dime of insurance I've ever paid
-My Spring Mountain trip
-The extremely light "mods"
-Maybe even all the gas I've ever used but I might have to add that up to be sure
I am seriously tempted. The current market conditions won't last forever.
Not every car has gone up in value; just anything that might be considered a possible DD. I've been watching value of my 06 M roadster, which I had intended to sell first, and they really haven't moved. Same for all the older, 10+ year old Euro cars I have on my radar.
I have genuinely thought of selling mine ('14 Z51 7MT 1LT Conv in Torch Red with 16.7K and a few tasteful mods such as new Corsa exhaust, aFe CAI, Floor mats, rear diffuser fins, tastefully lit door sills "Stingray" in glowing red cursive, upgraded steering wheel with CF/leather combo, Z06 Grill, stage one front lip and sides, and a few interior, under hood red bits; nothing over the top) but replacing it, as a retired educator would entail, more money for a car relatively similar to mine (GS, Z06).
The temptation to sell and the good vibes from getting (alittle) more than what I paid for it is not enough to justify doing so just to know I could. But it is still fun to follow......
I just looked at mine on Carvana (where I purchased it 11 months ago) and they are offering $32,310...about $3,500 less than I paid for it. 2014 1LT base
Current NADA values in pic...

Just think of all the poor bastards that are selling their vettes just to make a few G's (ok 5). Then they realize they no longer have a vette, and need to buy another one. An older one, for more money than they paid for the new one they just sold. Luckily I've been through selling one and regretted it. I got another new one for 21% off at MacMulkin. That's not going to work this time.

It might work in a few years if C8 follows the usual Corvette sales trend.
BTW, I was going to sell my C7 but on the drive to the dealer decided it was a bad idea. Then the dealer lowballed by over $3000 the supposedly firm offer from the KBB sell your car app, (confirmed by a dealer employee on line) and I was out the door for sure.

Just did mine for curiosity purposes. Paid $40.5K for the car in Nov 18 and Carvana offer today is $43,517. Not bad, but not ready to sell at this point - still enjoying my C7.

Good call. I was sincerely trying to caution people to not make the same mistake I did. Really think before you sell. Once it's gone, it's hard to get back.
Now they have your email address, are they sending you many emails to sell the car?
I used Carvana to get an outright sale value of our Lexus RX350. I think I heard from them once asking if I was still interested. I said 'No' and that was the end of it. We traded the Lexus in to the Cadillac dealer who matched the Carvana offer.
Corvettes aren't going up or even holding their value. The buying power of dollar is dropping. Everything is getting inflation this year and since we started printing mad money. Going to get worse soon.
Just for giggles, I tried twice over the past two days to get a sell quote for my Grand Sport. Both times I got an error message that they couldn't calculate a value and to try again later.
