Installing a set of stage 3 front winglets on my 2017 ZO6. They seem to be interfering with the factory fender extensions. Looks like I could force them forward into place but they are really in a bind. I would say at least 1/2 to 3/4 inch from lining up.. Anyone else have/ tackle this issue? Eos brand.
Had same issue on my 2016 Z, different manufacture, but I had to trim the 1/2 inch off with my Dremel tool to get the fit I wanted. Guess the only negative is if you decide to take them off there will be the gap where you trimmed the extensions.
Yea, was really hoping not to have to trim for that reason. The video's i found dont seam to have the extensions. I was looking at the carbon extensions and their pictures show them with the stage 3 winglets. Just wondering if I was doing something wrong..
You should not have to trim. I've installed two different aftermarket Stage 3 sets on my '17 GS. Get the 3 fender screws in first, but just enough so the screws don't pop out. Then secure the 2 spoiler bolts and tighten. Finally tighten the fender screws. It took me a couple of tries the first time I installed as I thought there was a fitment issue. Hope this helps.

So I checked the passenger side and it fits perfectly. I measured the lower spoiler and there's actually a 1/2 inch difference in how much it protrudes between the 2 sides. Anyone ever encounter this? I loosened the bolts on the spoiler and was able to get it to move enough to get the winglet to fit without forcing it. Not quite as good as the passenger side but will work for now. Will prob have to remove the whole thing at some point and see if I can modify it. Still slightly off between the 2 sides..
