Default Missing bracket wide body converison

Hey all, I had ordered some widebody parts from a seller on here and after pulling the rear bumper off of my car I noticed that my "new to me" bumper cover is missing the bracket that clips to the quarters circled in blue here:

My wide body bumper appears to be missing it pictured below:

I can't seem to find just that part to epoxy in and it seems like a lot of the used rear fascia's on ebay are missing that bracket as well. So does anyone have a part number handy for that bracket for a z06 or is it not even needed?

It's not available as a separate part. You definitely need it. It's what holds the fascia to the quarter panel.

Yeah big bummer, even my guy at a body shop doesn't think he is going to be able to order them. What's interesting is I see a handful of rear fascia's being sold in the forum here and on fleabay that are missing those brackets. I'm not even sure how they'd break off.

Welp, ACS (shoutout for them answering all of my dumb widebody questions) has also confirmed that I'll need a new bumper cover.

The reinforcement brackets are plastic welded to the bumper skin. If you don't disassemble them patiently, and with the correct tools, they'll tear off.

This is a long shot, but maybe you could see if the original seller still has the quarter panels? The bumper bracket might still be attached to the mating bracket on the quarter panel. You body guy could probably use some kind of panel bond or plastic welder to reattach it if you could just get hold of the thing in the first place.

I had actually bought the quarter panels as well so the brackets and side retainers were not included. But I talked to the seller and they are shipping me the brackets! So I'll just need to make sure the panels all line up and epoxy them in place.
