LED bumper reflector lights?

Is there a light that give us brake, sequential turn signals, and parking lights? Or just park or brake lights? (with signals on a different circuit)
I have only looked at lights that have only 2 wires. The one from Amazon with 4 wires is out of stock. Thanks

I have a set on the way to me now, with 4 wires. Gray, yellow, white and black. They're used, and no instructions with them. Does anyone know which color wire is what?

This came with the set I installed:

However, before installing, I tested each light and I found the wiring diagram that came with the LED lights was not correct. In my case: Gray = Brake; White = Park; Black = Ground; Yellow = Turn.

I was hoping for the same thing. I was lucky that another member (thanks @MIKEZ51 ) had a new set that he never installed, and passed them along. Same happened with him, so neither of us really know where they came from. Here's what I just got, they are stamped "Helix"
