Simple Cordes intake question

Simple Cordes intake question
I was going to get a new intake and both times they sold out of their fresh batch order. I got a used beat up intake and it is missing the vacuum line fitting.
Is it one of the -AN fittings and what side do I need to order? I also need a throttle body coupler so I assume a 4x5 Vibrant coupler for that hopefully.

if I remember right its a 4.25-5 the 4'' you might be able to stretch on.
