Hi all,
Yesterday I received 2 emails telling me of problems with my ABS and my Stabiltrak. These notices also came to me on my Chevy phone app, but no warning in the car. I have a 2019 Grand Sport. I haven't experienced any problems when driving, but they are saying to contact my dealer within 7 days. Maybe this is bogus?
Has anyone had this happen to them and what did you do?
Hi all,
Yesterday I received 2 emails telling me of problems with my ABS and my Stabiltrak.
On several occasions On-Star sent me monthly email updates for my 2015 Stringray showing multiple malfunctions, including my 4WD and hybrid technology systems. No warnings in the car and the dealer said to ignore the emails. Having my hybrid technology malfunction was of major concern for me, 4WD not so much. My 2017 GS hasn't had one warning to date.
Thanks for the replies everyone. Yes, I have always received the monthly On Star updates, but this was my first emails saying I have 2 major problems.
But I'm going with bbrown's comment... if the cars' displays and warnings don't tell me anything, then all is OK!
BTW.... the warnings on the OnStar app went away on their own, sometime during today somehow.
