Can’t seem to figure out how to keep my front camera from dimming when I pull into the garage on my 2019 Grand Sport.

Not sure how to resolve your dimming issue, perhaps the camera has a lighting adjusting?

If you can't get it resolved here's and option for safely pulling into garage. Just the typical ball on a string, hower connecting to your automatic door so to allow ball to drop when garage door goes up and retract back up into ceiling when door is closed.
Eliminates that annoying ball always hanging down and getting into your way.

It is your headlights turning on when you enter the garage. You can take them off the Auto setting to keep them from coming on.

Or you can do what I did: install a motion/heat sensing switch for your garage lights. I have very bright LED lights in the garage that keep the Auto headlights from turning on.

Bonus is that garage lights turn on when I enter the garage automatically and shut off by themselves.

I have the ball installed. I carefully adjusted it so when I pull in it comes down where I want to park.

I aligned it so the speedometer number on the HUD is used as a targeting tool with the ball when I enter the garage. That positions me correctly so i have enough room to open the doors on the car when parked and I am deep enough in the garage.

It becomes a two dimension fixed point for parking.
