Tail Light Blink
On some videos I have seen the tail lights seem to blink on and off while the car is idling. I have seen this on more then one car. Is this a mod some one has developed?

The LED lights are pulsed and powered for some percent of the cycle time. Tail lights, normal brightness, normal % on. Brake lights, brighter, higher % on per time period.
There is not a separate tail light and brake light such as the old incandescent bulbs with 2 filaments.
Just like lights on a dimmer switch.
How much flicker you see on a recording depends on the recording frame rate. Your eyes are slower and kind of average out the cycle so you perceive a different brightness.
