Hypothetical question
I have an opportunity to get a very low mileage lt4 motor with 2000 miles i have a 2014 z51 with 22 k on it mint what would be associated with swapping motors and selling my lt1 would have to pay for work so as far as cost is this a possible the motor can be had for 12$

Physically the engine drops in. After that you need the Z06....
- cold air intake
- cooling
- Fairly certain you'll need the LT4 HPFP
- you may need wiring and/or connector changes depending on year of LT4
- you definitely need tuning
- the LT4 is roughly 100lbs heavier which will affect the suspension
- The Z06 hood accounts for the added supercharger height. I’m fairly certain it’ll squeeze under the LT1 hood if you remove the hood insulation....but it’s close
