Dont think my c7 has rear steering. That looks like a rack unit for the front.

That is the hydraulic pump for the ELSD (Electronically controlled Limited Slip Differential)
Found on Z"s and GS.

Can it be loosened and dropped down? Also is there any collision sensors in the rear bumper area that I need to be careful of?
