Took my 2018 to Tracy's Automotive in Wausau, Wisconsin (recommended by a forum member) last week for an alignment and was very pleased with the results and workmanship. My tires were previously wearing all on the inside and he found camber set at -1.4 degrees and rears set at -1.4 and -1.6 degrees. The only alignment it ever had was from the factory and is still on the original rubber. He spent numerous hours dialing the suspension to the street alignment numbers and texting pictures and videos of the whole process. The car drives great and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Glad you found a good alignment shop. One Chevy dealer I went to here in southeastern Wisconsin wasn't aware the rear caster was adjustable. I had the alignment done at another dealer but they didn't provide any before and after specs and claimed to have set the rear caster.
I finally found an excellent independent alignment shop and went there. I was referred by Corvette Sports Inc in Sheboygan. The shop is Accurate Alignment in Sheboygan. It's a smaller two bay shop run by Tim who is extremely knowledgeable with suspension and alignments. There really isn't much of a customer waiting area so you can hang with him as he works and answers questions. He took his time getting everything as dead-on as possible. And yes, the rear caster was out of spec.
The real test is how the tires look after you put some miles on them. Here in So Cal the shop to go to is West End Alignment in Gardena. Had my 2019 GS aligned there with 500 miles on the odometer; I now have 9,500 and the tires are wearing very evenly and the car drives great.
