Hi, I'm new here. I'm looking to buy a 2LT Z51. I've been watching the market for the last 2-3 months and it seems like prices are getting really high and Less is available
This 2015 that was for sale in Jacksonville, Fl. 1 month ago for $52k. is now for sale in Ohio for 60k. Exact same car !

Yes, prices of Corvettes, as well as the majority of all other vehicles, are well above what they were six months ago. Plenty of threads here on the forum discussing this.

Yep, will be nice when prices come back down and maybe every other tread here won't be about selling and/or high prices.
Thanks for the replies everyone. Sorry to create a redundant thread.
Sorry Tim, didn't mean to single you out, it's just a little annoying having to wade through all these similar "prices rising/selling my C7" threads to get to other content.
However the subject does create excitement/interest as I've been into Corvettes for 44 years and it's' the first time I've seen where one could purchase a new Corvette and then sell it a few years later for about or more than paid.
Of course there's nothing new regarding selling C2-C3s at a profit as collector/investors have been doing that for years.

Never thought a mainstream (compared to other high performance cars) Chevy would be an "investment" car within a handful of years of buying it...it won't last (though C8 production was stopped AGAIN until the third week of June) indefinitely so it's fun to check on the value of mine once in a while.......
If your willing to wait a little longer, come fall I think you will see them stabilize a little bit but they will most likely remain high until more C8's start coming out.
The trouble is, with inflation on the rise, you'll need more dollars to cover the rise in pricing. A double whammy for prices staying high. The best bargain dollars spent right now, are in a new C8 at MSRP - if you're that fortunate to be in that postion.
Miles are a little bit high, but that won't hurt the car necessarily. And, it'll keep the price down a little, or it should.👍 Hope it works out well for you!

Maybe so, but 32,000 isn’t all that much. There is a software update for the magnetic ride that you might want to consider. I had it done to my 2015 and it improved the ride in touring, or at least it feels like it did.
