I thought Procharger made a 50 state kit , it even came with a Diablo tuner that had a custom tune
My kit , if you deduct the time it took me to remove tge harmonic balancer bolt took about 6 hours to install

How are you going to get around the ECM tune test that CA does to make sure you don't have a tune ?
