Different wheels

I just had to have my back right tire replaced because of a nail on my 2019. Unfortunately is unfortunately the michelin pilot sport 2 that are on the car are discontinued so they put a michelin pilot sport 4 on which has a different tread pattern. Do I need to replace the back left tire ?

While people get away with two tires up front, and two different tires in the rear, mixed compounds on one axle typically leads to problems.

I would probably go ahead and replace the other back tire.

With no spare, run flats seem like the best choice to me.

If I have to replace one tire due to damage, I always replace the other. I know it's more expensive to do this, but I like knowing they both wear evenly.

PS2 to PS4 is going to be quite a jump in technology. You'll notice the difference for sure, the car will feel unbalanced, particularly over changes in pavement surface material, texture, or through water. It won't necessarily hurt anything though.

As an aside though, the PS2 is an absolutely ancient tire. I'd be surprised if you actually had that on a 2019.

You sure they aren't Cup 2s? If so, there's a tremendous difference between the cup2 and PS4.
