Worst vendor experience I have ever had. Ordered their Z06 grill and it shipped without hardware for the cameras. Same experience as you describe - they don't answer e-mail's or the phone. When I finally did get someone to respond they stated that those parts weren't available. I had to show them the photos of the required parts - FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE! 25 e-mail exchanges later, I finally got my hardware. The rest of my Aero came from ACS - A+ compared to EOS. Stay away if you can. Good luck.
They are hit and miss, some have good experiences some have terrible ones, like already stated if you want top notch customer service all the time ACS is the way to go but the price is 2x.
I have noticed if you purchase their parts through a 3rd party (Amazon) they are much quicker to respond because if they do not and you complain Amazon will reimburse you and void payment to EOS.
Bought several items from them on ebay. I got everything as described. One front winglet the paint peeled off and they sent a replacement. I had another issue with another item and they got on it right away.
What's nice of ebay is their global shipping program, you receive a broken item in the mail and ebay refunds you not the seller. The catch is that we pay a WHOLE LOT MORE with the shipping, exchange rate, duty fees, paypal fees etc.
I bought a stage 2 splitter, then a set of Z06 side skirts, then a Z06 grill, all in Carbon flash. All within a few days of each other.
I put it all together last night on a friend's lift. I had no issues with any of the parts, fitment, or quality. Communications were minimal, but shipping was prompt and gave me no reason to complain.

What I have seen based on experience and reading the forum is those who go through Amazon, Ebay, etc.have much better interactions/experience with EOS than those who go direct. It is ridiculous to think that could be the case, but the 3rd party is probably the factor as it keeps them accountable, where if you go direct they have no one to answer to but themselves. Again, which is pathetic they treat customers that way.
That looks great. Do you also plan to add the Stage 2 winglets on the front splitter?
didn't like the look.
At least not with the small winglets that came with it. I tossed them. Looked out of place to me.
I am however planning a stage 3 dark tinted wicker bill for the rear, but I am having to save up the 500 bucks for it.😂
Theses mods I've done so far are killing my bank account. LOL.

I just went to the EOS website and found that they have a stage 3 wicker bill winglets that are compatible with this splitter.
I thought it looked killer unlike the cheap ones that come with it. The cost is $159 shipped.
I ordered those. They should beef up the front look quite a bit. https://extremeonlinestore.com/colle...30255451144259
I recently purchased the Z06 grill with camera mounts, stage 3 rear spoiler, Z06 side rockers and a stage 2 front splitter. I did the purchase through Amazon. The stuff arrived when they said it would. Install went fine and I like the quality. I had my parts painted by a local shop. I had one minor issue with the rear spoiler. The screws for the wickerbill need to be a little longer than the winglet screws. I contacted the seller through Amazon and had the correct screws in a couple days. I really can't complain about the product or service.
One thing to consider is the impact the pandemic has had on manufacturers. I know from my personal experience how difficult it was to operate in that environment. Availability of materials, suppliers and in-house labor were challenges we had never seen. EOS is located in the Bay area and was one of the worst hit areas. So if your negative experience was during the pandemic maybe you can cut them some slack.

Reason: Add info
I just did a write up on about them and 3 other vendors on this forum a few minutes ago
I saw your experience with EOS. That's too bad. I did a cost comparison of EOS to ACS comparing unpainted parts. ACS has a good reputation but I just didn't want to spend that much when some of these parts are throw away. My final cost with paint was $2,000 for the Z06 grill, Stage 2 front splitter, Z06 side rails and Stage 3 rear spoiler. ACS would have been a minimum of $1,000 more.
I've already scraped the front splitter a few times. What I've found is that the ABS plastic is more forgiving than fiberglass. I had a splitter from RPI that looked beat up after a few months. The trouble was that the fiberglass splintered. There's not much you can do about that.
