What tires are you recommending for my base 2016 Stingray (non Z51) Coupe? I was looking for Michelin Pilot A/S 3 + ZP (run flats) but I'm being told that they were discontinued. I still have the original summer only Michelins that came with the car originally. I have 21,000 miles on them. They are wearing well but I'm looking for all seasons so I'm not limited to seasonal driving. Thanks.
I don’t know about them being discontinued. I run A/S 3+ on my ‘16 base Stingray coupe with zero issues. Considering using them all year round as my original PSS fronts are just about at the end of their “safe operating” life.
Tire Rack says they were discontinued. And they don't have any replacement A/S 4 ZPs. There's a tire store that is at Covettes at Carlisle every year. I have a call into them. They had good prices.
I have a G/S and going with the Michelin A/S 4 ZP. The same tires that come on the C8. A/S 3 ZP are a great tire also. have them on my C5.
My understanding as well, that the A/S 3s will no longer be produced. Might find some left somewhere. The A/S 4 is supposed to be the new deal. Hopefully the wait won't be long.
I decided to go with the Michelin A/S 4's newly available to replace the OEM summer only run flats on my 2017 Grand Sport. After a week of driving/testing I would say the new all seasons are
definitely quieter, but less stable on turns at higher speeds. They feel like they are "rolling over" on the turns until they get to a point and grip.
S turns leave me wanting for the original tires. The difference is going around turns crisply, with the body remaining flat as opposed to some body roll and sloppier steering.
I'll have to get used to them for the future.

Good information. I was going to get A/S 4's, but they did not have them fot the Z51 rears, so I got the A/S3+. I think they are better in high speed turns and overall, than the original tires.
