Going Crazy!
OK. Simple question. I. got rid of XM. But, still have the blank boxes/squares on the bottom of the infotainment screen. How do I get rid of them.

Those aren't just for XM but also for any AM or FM stations or even NAV locations you want to have in memory.

They can be set as favorites. Not just for radio stations, but nav places, contacts, etc. Have a look at this video.

They can also be "swiped" left or right. I found on my '18 that I had to press abnormally hard (my judgement) in the process to get it to work.

You can choose to display fewer or no favorites boxes. Look at settings \ Radio.

I think you have to display at least one row of boxes.

You can swipe them all the way down - but it is a pain to make them visible again.

I have heard that and even recently there was a thread on this but I could never get my car to swipe down and eliminate the boxes. Other members also reported they can't get rid of the one row.

I accidentally added 3 rows like that pic as well. It took some effort of swiping down to bring it back down to 1 row.
