Nothing missing... looks totally normal to me.
Here is what you are looking at: https://weaponxmotorsports.com/produ...nt=37649368721 the bolt threads thru the rear leaf spring, the nut is captured inside the spring itself.

Thanks for the quick reply! Doesnt appear to be anything in the leaf spring but I could be wrong... Seemed like it was in there tight but it'd be under pressure anyways so not sure it'd be loose anyways. Trying to figure out this clunking I'm hearing from the front end when I'm driving under 20mph..
