Time/Date Auto Set feature question
Does anyone know what the Auto Set feature on the Time and Date are supposed to do?
I have to set the time and date manually even when the Auto Set is selected.
Can't find anything in the manuals about the function.

I believe the C7 gets the time auto set from On-Star. Auto set seemed to work for me up until the OnStar subscription ran out and I did not renew. Of course, for it to work, you have to have it selected in settings.
Why did GM do it using OnStar when the GPS also is quite capable of having the GPS in the Nav also set the clock? I suspect because GM want incentivize you to use Onstar!
