just came back from my two weeks vacation and reconnected my battery and drove my corvette c7 (2014) for about 2 hour. Came back and Parked it. Tried to start the car the next morning and it did not crank so I checked the battery and it was ok. Also check the starter and it was ok as well. Still trying to start the car but no luck. Some friend told me to check the oil and checked and there was nothing on the dipstick, now I am really concerned. As we also tried to turn the engine wheel with the tool manually but no luck on starting the car. I am seeing a flashing engine light when I am trying to start it. Any idea folks?
Re-re connect the battery. Make sure the connections are FLAT and tight. Many times a "just connected battery" is the battery is not really properly connected.

Yep. Had the same thing happen. Didn't tighten all the connections as I thought I had. Lots of these threads coming up these days. My problem was the downstream positive post that appeared to be tight, but was not. Good luck.
Thanks Elmer, I have reconnected the battery three times, no luck. Should I be worried about not having oil in the engine when trying to start it. I am not sure if that could be a reason.

Well, what kind of oiling system do you have? A Z51 (Dry Sump) that sits a long time won't have oil on the dipstick. A non Z51 that only has around 7 qts, will give you an oil level at all times ( provided you have oil).
It is a z51 model. Not sure what to do next to try to start the car. Is there a safety system that prevents it from starting or Turing the engine manually
?
starter sims to be stuck when trying to start the car just some noise coming from the fuse box from the relay (rapid fast clicking noise) and a Quick flashing engine light, I am not sure what that translates into.
Fast clicking noise in my experience usually leads to a bad battery. You must have warranty left on the battery..take it back and have them load test it.
In my experience any clicking of any kind no matter where it is coming from is a relay being triggered. As the low amp side triggers the high amp side, there is not enough juice to complete the job.
Get a 100% verified, load tested and 100% for sure hooked up correct battery. You will be fine.
All of what you describe indicates either a bad battery or the battery not being connected properly. It is easy to think you have tightened down the battery connections, when in all reality you haven't (it is different on the vette than other cars, must be tightened firmly). If your battery is original it is time to replace it. I have had the same issue before with the same exact symptoms.
No luck folks. Seems like very weak power going to the starter. But tried everything with no hope. Got new Battery and no start as well. I am not getting any crank. I’ll keep searching guys but thanks a lot for your help.
