The only way to know for sure would be to disassemble a 1LT and 3LT car of the same year and same options; sometimes GM slips in little changes that they don't publicize.
But I'd bet my money with the two previous opinions- no change.
I added crazy cowboys sound deadening to both our '15 2LT and our '17 3LT. There is no sound deadening added. Here's the link, including before and after dB measurements. Best, Paul

You would think a company would go one hundred percent with their Flagship... I mean what's wrong with their Controllers? Are they ostrich like? THE CAR NEEDS COMPLETION!

Sound deadening adds weight. Weight is death to a Sports Car. The biggest amount of road noise comes into the cockpit from the rear wheel wells. Unlike other cars your ears are only about 3 to 4 ft away from the point where the rear tires contact the pavement. Between that point and your ear are only a thin plastic wheel well liner, plus ~ 1/8 inch thick piece of fiberglass and a thin piece of carpet. It is very difficult to add insulation in that point since the wheel well is curved and there is negligible room on the inside of the car and in the wheel well space insulation doesn't hold up well to the elements it gets exposed to. In most other vehicles the driver's ears are at least twice the distance away from the rear tire contact point than they are in the Corvette. Those other vehicles also have more room for sound-absorbent padding.
