I need some help, I don't need any one laughing though ! Is there a way to hook up my I Pod to the car, I have a '19 GS. I see that there is a outlet behind the screen door. Will that accept the jack from my I pod. If it does will there be anything to select on the screen to make it play ?

The USB connection behind the screen or in the cubby in the center of the car will work for an iPod. To access press the Media dash button and cycle through any options to get the one you want.
Per the Infotainment manual, music can be encoded as

Hi there: I've been learning the Corvette C7 audio system as well. When you press media, it may very well display music you have stored on your I pod. I think the music is encoded in MP3 with the I pod. And you might have created playlists with the I pod which would be displayed on the screen when media is selected.
If you like, you can also pair your phone to the car and play music stored on your phone. I've been experimenting with music stored on a USB flash drive. That works good too.

Thank you for your help. I just happen to have a 5 -6 year old ( Antique ) Android phone, nothing but pictures and phone #'s stored on it . I have 2 "I" pods full of my music.
