Shock Replacement
Had my first experience helping out a buddy swap out his original shocks for new set on the rear, and wanted to share to anyone thinking of doing it that there is nothing to it really. A lift makes it much easier/quicker but it can be done on jack stands no problem. Took me 1 hour per side going pretty slow and talking too much, after you've done one it will take you no time to do the others. If you feel up to it mechanically its an easy way of saving quite a bit of money over having shop do it for you.

I did mine also. I bent up a piece of 3/16 steel rod to hold the shock fully collapsed. That made it easier to get into position.
