recirc air intake location?

recirc air intake location?

Where exactly is the interior intake for the HVAC recirc? Is there an intake under the dash somewhere? I'd like to spray in some freshener.

You can easily lift the hood and spray into the air-intake near wiper blades.
First, open windows, put fan on High, AC and Heat Off. I would put a towel over the interior air ducts.
Are you going to use Fabreze, Lysol, Clorox, or ???

I suggest you change the interior air filter.

Good point Duckvett. It should be removed before spraying chemicals in near the wiper air-intake.

Thanks all. Yes I know about the under hood intake with the filter I had a mouse die in the HVAC lines and I was hoping that I could just keep recirc'ing some lysol just within the car. If you put the system on recirc, doesn't that mean it's not pulling outside air (through the filter)? If so, there must be an intake under the dash right?
