Got it from cultrag its the one with the corvette flags. They don't pick up phone or return calls but they returned Email and told me to take it to ant GM dealer.
Called two dealers with no luck
Anything man-made can fail, often relatively quickly. Over the years I've had 2 out of perhaps a dozen "Battery Tender" brand maintainers fail. It happens. Buy a new one and go on.
Dead with 120volts, thought maybe there was a fuse or something I was missing
The deltran is great but too much of a hassle getting to battery with clips

It comes with an adaptor that you mount to the battery & has a plug with cap on the other end.
Pretty simple & quick once you install it.

Really??? Do the battery tender lights come on, without connecting to the car? If not, then it’s bad!

I would think your GM battery tender should come with hopefully a one year warranty, but when I checked the paperwork with mine it had no mention of a warranty. Unfortunate that two dealers would not assist you - perhaps try another and do it in person.
From a electronics point of view. Cetek's run very hot, not good for a long life in electronic applications.
Cetek also grinds off the part numbers on the IC chips inside so if you know how to repair electronics your out of luck. Really, grind off the p/n's, no one in electronics mfg does this except really low type of companies.
I have a little inside on this subject since my entire career has been in electronics for over 55 years.
Pretty sure your battery maintainer is made by CTEK. The maintainer that was included in the "battery protection package" back in 2013 was made by CTEK. That unit lasted until last year and I replaced it with a CTEK MXS 5.0. The new one comes with a 5 year warranty and with the plug in adaptor was $120 direct from CTEK.
