Looks to me that the lower front handle is missing a piece - compare it to the upper handle and the do not look the same unless it is just the angle of the pic. Does not appear to have the part that would lock the top down to the car.

It looks like an issue with the angle of the photo and the shape of the handle making it just appear like that.
Texted the seller that the handles look to be two distinctly different shades... possibly one was changed? He said, “maybe”.... so I told him I’ll have to rethink this as I feel this top is too sketchy to purchase. There’s something going on lately with scammers and these clear roofs!

Good move! Too expensive for a "maybe it'll be ok" situation... Try reaching out to Melrose T-Tops. They have new and Refurb tops. I tried refurb and didn't like it but they did take it back. I ended up buying new from them. Good Luck...
Have the seller take another picture from a different angle. I think you will realize it is OK and the handles are the same.
I bought a new Clear Top earlier this year and it was $1899 (from Melrose T-Top) for a new GM top. Dealers don't have these anymore it seems. GM doesn't make them anymore either as far as I know.
