BL-5000 w/ AC power. For use on my 2017 Z07 Coupe and 2013 CTS-V Wagon.
Great for oil changes, tire swaps and exhaust work. Stout as hell, but heavy and a PITA to set up. Don't regret buying it, however.

Agreed. Though I wish I got the 5000 EXT. The 5000 SLX is fine for the Vette and compact cars, but it's too short for most other cars, including the C8.
I have a 3500 that I use on my '72 LT-1 (which is for sale on the C3 Forum sale thread). When that's gone, I'm buying a C7. Will the 3500 work on a C7?

C7 is just under 3500 lbs. So an empty car is technically within the weight limit. But I wouldn't risk it.
There is a master QJ thread which has everything you could possibly want to know about Qj. Search is your friend.
I got a 7000 as I thought I wanted to use it on my trucks, but let me tell you the 7000 is HEAVY and I wish I had gotten a 5000 instead. I loath to have to shelp the 7000 around even a few feet. You can indeed park the C7 over them which makes storage easy!
That being said, I did have some issues with the Qj. The hose they included initially with the 7000 were a little short and as a result can get bent if you are not watching carefully and blow out the fitting on the end of the hose and that makes a huge mess everywhere. Luckily, the car was undamaged when one side dropped, and it dropped quick!. The replacement hoses they sent were longer and won't have this problem so that was one design issue they recognized.
Recently I changed the oil and one of the quick disconnects would not go on and I found an o-ring was coming out from inside the fitting? WTF? Don't buy them from QJ - you can get them cheaper elsewhere. There are links in the master thread.
Other than those issues, QJ is a great thing if your garage is small and does not have room for a four post lift.
Costco runs a sale on them periodically and I believe that is the best deal out there. If you do order them directly from QJ, there is a code and I think it will give you $100.

5000 SLX. I park on top of it. Been great so far. Makes it very convenient to remove and clean the wheels, brakes, etc. Lots of room to move underneath the car. I also use a pair of jack stands while I'm underneath, just in case.
Have the 5000 but its heavy and at 60 isn't so easy anymore. Would go for the 3500 which is much lighter and easier to move around.
Have a friend that has one for his C7 and its so much easier to move around
I also have the 5000 and find it to heavy for this 79 year old. Thats why I'm putting it up for sale. Wish I had it when I was younger and stronger. It's rally a nice lift.
I have the 7000 SLX, and it is heavy, but I use it for my Ford Explorers as well as for the C7, I am 70, & like others have said it is tough to move around. I think the 3500 is just too marginal size for the C7, & like others I still use jack stands for added protection.
I searched for the master thread but did not see it. I've got a new Tahoe that I'd like to be able to lift as well so I guess that would move me to the 7000? I see on the website that each frame is 98lbs. That's pretty heavy. Also the flat height is 3.5". No issues getting the vette over that?
I have the 5000SLX. Yes, it is heavy, but you don't need to try and hang them on the wall. I have the perfect spot to lean them against the wall and they are easy to move around from there. They do have casters on one end so you can roll them into place.

I have the 7000. It fits under my Grandsport, barely.
I've got the 5000. Have had it for about 4 years now. Easily the most valuable tool in the garage. If you do anything more than regular oil changes on your vehicles, these will pay for themselves many times over. I use it for the Corvette and a Ford Edge, works great for both vehicle types. Also had a buddy's Miata on it, they almost didn't fit (too long for the car) but it worked. Also, the material quality, fit, & finish is outstanding. Highly recommended.
I've got the 5000 and have had to fix leaks twice in less than 2 years. One was under warranty (hose fittings leaking) and glad it was as the replacement connectors are $50.00 plus shipping. Others have went to 3rd party parts.
