'19s started delivery in ~early/mid 2018. For instance, I ordered my 2019 in May 2018 and took delivery in Sept 2018. If the one you're looking at is a very early 2019, it may be approaching 4 years old. If the first owner had a lease and the second owner jumped to a C8, 2 owners in nearly 4 years isn't a big deal.
Get the VIN and have a dealer run a check to see what kind of warranty history it has and go from there.
Consider Carfax or other sources for vehicle history. I've only bought from Carmax once and everything worked out fine. They shipped it for free with no obligation to buy, though it was only about 4 hours away. I'm always skeptical when making big purchases, but I'd be willing to work with Carmax again. Of course, it all comes down to your due diligence. If they won't ship it and you can't make a technical assessment yourself, perhaps you can find someone who is local to do an independent inspection. Then maybe you don't have to ship it. Fly out and enjoy they road trip back home. Good luck!
I was very happy with my experience with Catmax. It was in San Diego and they shipped it to their lot near me. It drove like a dream. They were very accommodating about my requests. Their extended warranty was reasonable and allowed me to have the repairs done at the Chevy Dealership.
I took it down to the Chevy Dealership and the Body Specialist, they put it on the rack, and the three of us could not find any type of damage or repair. They said it had not been involved in an accident. Two years later, I am still happy with it.
The only problem I have had with it is it keeps running out of ⛽️
I wouldn't worry about two-owner 2019 Corvettes. A lot of Corvette owners trade cars quite rapidly. When I purchased my 16 month old 2008 Corvette it had two previous owners. The first owner had the car for two months while the second owner had it for 14 months and was reluctantly selling because he was being transferred to a location where he couldn't take a Corvette.

Walter, I have used Carmax countless times and have never had any issues. I too live in NC but personally would not spend the cost to transfer a car from that distance. Remember if you don't like the car once it arrives you still eat that shipping cost (around $1900). I also don't like to add that expense to a car that is already overpriced (due to current market). There are a ton of Vettes on Carmax so if you're not in a rush I would save a search and you'll get emails every time the car you spec'd pops up. I normally don't go past TX for a car. Also there may be no issues but I never go for anything but one owner cars (again lots to choose from so easy to find).
I tried to trade with them but the car was in Tx which required phone dealing which failed. On disclosure I heard the word "theft" and of course had no info on it. For 55k I'll wait for one that is better.
Carmax is a good company. I've never purchased a car from them however have sold them several and had good experience with them.
My wife's sister family has purchased all their cars from Carmax over the last 20-25 years and never a problem that Carmx didn't resolve to their satisfaction.
I bought a 2017 Stingray from CarMax a year ago. The car had only 1,100 miles and still smelled new. It’s been a good car and has gotten me plenty of compliments. The car now has just under 6,000 miles. Just out of curiosity, I filled out the CarMax online form to get a purchase estimate and CarMax offered $1,600 more than the sticker price. I feel like the previous owner never drove it in the rain and I have carried on that tradition. With sales tax and extended warranty, the grand total was $3,500 more than the sticker price, I believe. The Stingray was in another part of Virginia and CarMax transported to my local CarMax free of charge.
Just bought from Carmax. Had a one-owner 2019 with 3,500 miles shipped and did the 24 hour test drive. They ripped the front air dam in shipment but agreed to replace it. They also dicked me around on my trade but it worked out in the end. Considering the current market, feel that I did…okay.
