10” of snow on the ground, in oregon. Been two weeks since driving the c7 z51, it’s sitting in my garage hooked up to life support. Crap! I can’t take it!! Any one else with this issue?

We haven't even seen a snowflake to date. But some wintery weather is expected this weekend in the forum of some freezing rain. Nothing too major from what I can tell.

Still, haven't driven the car for a while even though the weather has been really great for December. Got to get the car out before things do turn nasty.

Temperature hasn’t got above freezing for more than a week, not good with the summer runs on it. Even if I could get through all the snow, jeeps working double time lol.oh well my wife tells me to look at all the gas and miles I’m saving, she’s no help!

Do a burnout in the garage. Might fix your itch, and you'll have a nice scented household for a little while. Win, win.

The Canadian burrito... One month since it has been stored, in the process of ordering rear tires, starter heat shield wrap and an HMI module. I'm going with preowned, a new one is 2400$+15%tax - 1250$ for the core!! A freaking HMI so I can plug in my 75$ mp3 player to listen to music. I'm also patiently saving my money for a super car. Hopefully by the end of 2022 if prices dip a little bit.

I'm thinking I might not make it to spring. Drove it once in the last 4 weeks.

I was able to get a drive in on Christmas Day with still no snow at all in NW Iowa. As soon as I get power to the new shop both cars are going in for oil and differential fluid changes. It's supposed to be near 40 a couple of days next week so maybe I can sneak in another little cruise. I can't recall the last time it was like this in December.

Global warming rocks!!!

Anytime my Corvette sits in the garage for a length of time, I have some withdrawal. With the weather in NC about 20 degrees over normal this week (low 70's) I've taken my C7 out for a couple of spins. I'm sure people could see the smile on my face just driving my baby. I still enjoy other Corvette owners waving. Reminds me of my days riding a motorcycle.

Just purchased my extended warranty (thanks Todd) and need to add 1000 miles to it soon. So a good excuse to head to south Florida in a few months if Covid will let me. Or I will be making lots of short trips to get the required miles on my car before 6/1/2022.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.......

Even by a miracle there wouldn't be any snow in December winter tires are mandatory in the province, the cops would surely pull us over just to check those.

No significant snowfall in Western PA so far. I put Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 tires on my Vette and drive almost year round.

That is a guarantee as one will not "expect" snow tires on a Corvette, let alone being driven in Quebec in the winter time.

Also in Oregon and facing a "double-whammy" here in the southern Willamette Valley - 9" of snow and recovering from surgery. I normally don't drive the Corvette much between November and March, but I did put new Michelin A/S 4 tires on it this Fall. I usually get my "fix" by detailing our Corvette and other club member's Corvettes in the winter, but this surgery precludes me from doing that for several more weeks.

The weather here in S. Fla. sucks, also. It is well over 80 degrees and humid!! 🥸

No snow to speak of as of today in upstate NY, but not taking the Vette out. Been doing good with Vette and Harley withdrawal until right now!

Mine is put away for the winter. Will likely get it out in late March or early April. I have just learned to be patient. Spring will be here before we know it.

Get some snow tires for your car. No, never have that problem with the weather where I reside.

I know the feeling. That's why I moved from Oregon down here to AZ. My primary needs when we decided to move was a flat driveway, a lot of sun, and a big garage. I succeeded.
