Check your connections under the seat. If they are ok, perhaps the fan itself has gone bad.

How can you even tell if they work, they are so ineffective?
Ok now reality, have you done any work on the dash, console, seats or electrical system that might have disturbed any of the components in these areas?

Check Fuse F30A in the underhood electrical center. The seat heating/cooling electrical design permits the dash lights to light when the switch is pushed but that doesn't mean the cooling fan has power.
