Interestingly, I also have a 911 and on the P-car forums a less than 8 year old car with 4 owners is not a "scary" issue and, they don't bash non driven and/or low mile GQ's like they do here......you need the complete story
You're in a bit different ownership pool with that Porsche 911. IMO
Personally, I wouldn't purchase a 4-owner C7.
As Dale, I've found over the years that more owners a Corvette has the more condition and general care typically suffers.
Yes, but how likely am I to find a one-owner 2014?
Relax.I went cuckoo like Cocoa Puffs when they first came out.Watched used back before this modern madness.I decided to not have anyone's breakin fun on my not so easy earned 75k.I waited 3 yrs for the huge purchase to me.Just made it threw HS and type with one finger.
I would wait and keep shopping, pricing and saving more to get more. How many Corvettes are you gonna buy?Relax....
Four owners for a '14 would be a bit concerning. If the car can be inspected with no charge from Carvana (for instance shipping charges if the car is not local to you), see what that inspection says. If it passes with no problems, you will be in a better position to make a final decision.
The fourth owner only had it a couple of months, the other three owned almost 8 years in total. Once the car is here I can have the Chevy dealer do the inspection.
Congrats on your impending C7 purchase. Just a few thoughts:
1. Now is a really bad time to buy a car. Prices in the used market are absurd, and the C7 market is even worse due to the lack of C8 availability. I'm sure you know this, but just thought I'd throw that out there.
2. The 2014 model year, being the first year of the C7, lacks a few features that I would not be to forgo. Apple CarPlay/Android Auto is unavailable, the automatic transmission are six-speeds instead of eight, being able to get MRC without the Z51 package, the automatic electronic hatch pull-down, the front curb camera...
If you can find a 2016-2019 Corvette, these features should be available. Just my two cents based on what I'd do if I was in the market for a C7 right now.
Yup. My C6 value is holding up so that helps offset the price of a C7. The front camera is the only thing I might miss. I don't use App;e play and it is a 7MT, convertible.

I look at my history with sports cars (all 2nd car for me) and I keep them for about 2-3 years and then trade up, and do it all over again. Aside from a Volvo I owned and drove daily for 10 years I rarely keep a car for more than 3-4 years. All of my caes are kept in good condition.
It may have been noted, but I didn't see the miles above. Apart from that, so many owners, at least some not expecting to keep it (I'm sure) would kill any deal for me. Plus, no real known history. Too many around to risk it were it me. All the best, in any event.

The miles are 33,000. Not a low-mile garage queen, but doesn't seem excessive for a 7-8 yr old Chevy.
Personally, I'd get it. Carvana is really good at honoring the 7-day return, so have the inspection done in the first day or two after delivery, and you can think it over. Drive the car around and see how you like it...within reason; I think they want you to keep miles under 400 if there's a return.
Corvettes are often second or third cars, driven on weekends and for shorter trips. The novelty wears off, and they're sold and repurchased. I was the 5th owner of a 21K-mile Lotus Elise, and it was in phenomenal shape.
You should probably expect to buy a fresh set of tires for it.
Ralph,
sold my ‘08 4LT with almost 80k miles in Oct for $18k. Turned right around and found a C7 Z51, 2LT A8 with 18,300 miles. I’m the 3rd owner. Previous 2 owners were in NB and OK. For a data point I paid $55k the end of Oct….. NO Regrets!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I figured new tires. Are they reqlly $2k as some said?
I looked arounf on Carmax and Carvana and many of the Vettes for sale had 3-4 owners.

Thanks, that is good to hear. Nice looking car, I saved one just like that on Carvana. I had a '10 GS in red.
The C7 makes it rather useless. And, it's near it's apex in resale value.
Useless? I know the C7 is a much better car (technology, etc) but the drive in the 2012 GS is still a nice ride. My plan is to trade the '12 for a '14 C7.
The 7 day deal is your friend....They will basically fix anything you don't like during that time...and its pleanty of time to decide if you really like it. Corvettes change hands often I would worry about owners as much as has it been serviced regularly.....
good luck...the c7 handles better and sounds better in general....though I went back to c6 after 2015 2lt Stingray...I'd still take the right c7...

Your purchase price was near identical to mine - bought a 2015 Z51 2LT A8 w/13,000 miles the second week of December for $54k. Sold our 72 LT-1 for $31k the week before. I'm the third owner of the 2015.
