I’ve been running a mixed wheel setup for a little while and I’m looking to move into a new set. Right now I have OEM Z51 fronts and 18x11 in the rear. Pic below for reference:
-I’d like to maintain the stance of the car, so I’m thinking 19 in front and 18x11 in rear (with a taller tire like I have now).
-I’m not looking for beadlocks, I’ll keep these for when I need them.
-I’m not concerned with price, I’m looking for quality wheels that shed some weight.
-I’m planning on either black, matte black, or potentially dark bronze.
-I’m leaning towards HRE, OZ, ADV1, American Racing, etc.
I have 2 questions:
1. Would you mind sharing your setup - especially if it’s a White C7 (looking for comparisons)?
2. Do you have any recommended wheels?
Whatever you get, just be sure they are fully forged. Next, I'd recommend talking directly to the wheel companies you've expressed particular interest in, especially since you prefer an unusual configuration (diameters). All the best.
