Default Cooler; or what?

On our 2015 Z51 I know that the transmission cooler is behind the passenger side quarter panel and gets it's airflow from the inlet on top of the quarter panel.

I see the differential cooler mounted to the differential which looks like it gets it's airflow from a plastic deflector mounted directly below it.

So, what, if anything, is mounted behind the driver's side quarter panel that might get it's airflow from the inlet on top?

Thx!

Larry

Driver side vent is for the trans cooler.
Passenger side is for the diff cooler.

Thanks; that's what I'd thought. However, I expected that the heat exchanger for the diff would be behind the qtr panel, but instead, I see it mounted to the diff. Is there ductwork that leads all the way from the intake to the diff? I've looked underneath but couldn't make it out.

Just noticed - I had my sides reversed - thx!

There is ducting from each intake to each cooler. I can't remember from my last time under the car, but I'm guessing that what you are referring to as "mounted to the diff" is likely for the e-diff fluid.

@EVRGRN , yep, that's what I'd guess, too. What's puzzling me (and probably I'm over-thinking this) is that I'd expect to see the coolers mounted behind the qtr pnls where they'd easily be inline with the qtr pnl intake grille ductwork.

Left is Transmission - Right is Diff. Note that this is a manual transmission car, so no fan in the trans cooler.

Actually some early cars had no Diff cooler in the right rear, just a loop at the Diff, yours is probably one of those
