Default Replacement Bumper Flaps

Not sure what you call these but I'd like to replace black plastic flap. Anyone know the part number or where to source them?

I'm sorting out my new-to-me 2015 Z51 3LT, noticed the black plastic flap is torn, along with a scraped bumper I need to also repair. Thanks.

They’re cheap at a dealer. I don’t think any vendor sells them, or why they would. They’re just plastic. They’re air dams.

I hope so, Steve.

Also, would suggest you obtain a hand held rivet gun and rivets to fasten flaps to the spoiler. Rivet guns are available at Home Depots, as well as Harbor Freights, nationwide.

I agree - just get them from your local dealer. They really are disposable items as they have a tendency to scrape first when encountering an obstacle like a steep driveway or a parking stop.

If you want mine, Ill be glad to ship them to you no-charge. I removed them from our 2015 Z51 two weeks ago and replaced them with a splitter. If interested, PM me your shipping address.

Larry

A splitter and the air dams underneath serve different purposes. For typical street driving it probably doesn’t matter much. If you track it it matters.

I did the same as catfish years ago. Removed them and added the poverty splitter, not missed and not needed.

Do any of the cars that come with a factory splitter also come with the air dams?

In EU, YES.

Stingray: 2 Flaps in front of tires.
GS: Splitter + 2 flaps + long flap in the middle (as C6).

You´ll feel it at hightspeed (vacuum). Without, the car will be slightly on the front axle.

All of them do. At least the ones I've seen.
