Sorry if this has been discussed before but i'm at the end of my tether!
I have a 2014 Stingray Z51 and have the Nav option, all I want to do is get this working in the UK (Europe). I have a compatible map update USB from Here for the NAVI Intellilink 900 2.0, but this shows "Invalid Update File - Map file is invalid" even though its says compatible with the Corvette C7 2014-1015 on the packet (this is brand new).
It also says that I may need to "Consult your dealer for a radio software update" to get this working, This is not possible as i'm in the UK and Ian Allen (UK Chevrolet dealer) are not even replying to my emails!!
Help! - does anyone have a update file I could load to a USB so i can upgrade the radio (Firmware)? I'm on software ver 23443768 if that helps?
Hopefully, you ordered the map update direct from GM by email at www.gmnavdisc.com or by calling USA (877) NAV-DISC. Then, you are assured of having a USB that is unused and programmed specifically for your VIN with the EU version. I updated my nav a few months ago (for the US) and all went as expected. If you truly need a radio firmware update, I'm fairly certain that the only place you can get it will be your dealer. I would keep trying to reach the dealer. Hopefully the dealer isn't too far from you. Best of luck and let us know how it works out.
Cheers,
