Default ✅ SOLUTION!! TPMS Part Numbers for C7

The C7 sensors have:

GM part# 13581560 2014 - 2017
GM part# 13598775 2018 - 2019. UPDATE: 2014 - 2019 uses this part number now.

Tire Rack sells Shrader 20223 for 2014 - 2019.
Rock Auto sells the Shrader 20223 was $22.79, but

The C7 tire pressure sensors transmit their data to the TPMS module on a frequency of 433MHz.

This information is courtesy of Cultrag Auto Parts.

I brought Rockauto sensors for my 2017. The tire temperature always seems to be "cold". The PSI is correct, but not the temps. Makes me wonder.......

I don’t know of a tire sensor out there that gives the actual temperature of the tire. PSI is all you get and PSI will go up or down with the temperature.

THIS IS WEIRD TO EXPLAIN

Somewhere in my reading the gazillion threads on here and talking about the Corvette, I've seen something that talks about temperature of the tires displayed on the DIC. In wasn't in degrees but simply "cold, warm, or hot" somewhere on a DIC screen.

Going digging, be back in a bit...

Page 107 OM 2019 I also found this in my 2014 OM 5-10 Instruments and Controls on Tire temperature.

Tire Temperature : Shows tire
temperature status as either Cold,
Warm, or Hot. Warm is typical for
normal driving while Hot is typical
for aggressive driving. Unknown
may be displayed if tire temperature
information is unavailable.

So, something is giving information as to tire temperature.

Obviously it's the TPMS sensor relaying information. Mercedes gives the actual temperature. Corvette has 3 ranges.

That might be why they are so much cheaper than the OEM. Only give PSI and maybe doesn't include temperature range? Sure is a big price difference between Rockauto and OEM.

Rockauto was $23
Dealer here in Jax was $72.94
Cultrag was $45.59

My 2019 GS has the original TPMS and I've never seen tire temps other than cold. This includes pushing the car through mountain twisties with an outside air temp of 100+

Mine once read warm, and it was 10 C outside, I was on highway going 120kms for about 30 mins in the rain.

I got the same price from two Stealers nearby - $72.94.
I did find what appears to be legit AC Delco transmitters (13598775) on Amazon for $32.82.
They don't come with a nut or cap
