Default Soler Throttle Body on

I just put on the Soler TB and can already tell a difference. I can feel it and hear more air sucking into the engine ! I am in the process of the 100 mile drive so taking it easy . I can’t wait to install the throttle controller ! On a side note ,this little sob cut my fingers trying to get the bottom bolt out on the passenger side ! Be careful !

Once you get them both installed your going to love it. It may take a little bit to find that sweet spot with the controller. Just fool around with the settings you’ll find what’s best for you, then your going to be grinning ear to ear. Mike from soler is a great guy and sells a quality product. Have fun enjoy and be careful

Have the controller on my car and yes, you can feel a difference in the car’s performance.

Getting ready to install the TB and looking forward to even better results.

Every Sport mode setting is better than stock. I already had a EdgyVette ported TB and Intake so I added the Soler TC. I have it set to Sport 1 right now. A lot of guys are reporting Sport 5 or 6 and they are fun, too.

The ongoing joke betwixt the spousal unit and I is that blood is a sign of a job well done. I have the TB sitting on a shelf. Expect to get it installed this weekend.

Installed the TC over the weekend here in NJ. Weather was great so drove to work today and it felt fantastic. Got in at lunch and still was amazed right up until the service stabilitrak message came up, along with check engine light, and service power steering, etc etc. Can't be a coincidence so I'm thinking I might need to disconnect battery for awhile? anyone have this happen and am I right in my thinking?

thanks!

^^^
This sounds more like a tired battery, but certainly try disconnecting the battery for a bit first. The throttle body can take a bit for the car to get used to and this may be why the codes were thrown.

thanks. this was for the throttle controller. battery was just changed late fall so that should be good still. I'll try disconnecting the battery for a bit. was just funny it didn't throw any codes during install like the instruction manual said could happen; it took a day or two.

The PTB and a newer/better intake really makes a difference. I have the Vararam intake. Just those two items gives the idle a bit of a deeper purr/growl. And the get up-n-go is noticeable. THEN...if you're out of warranty, get the Diablo tuner. Just the canned tune from them really opened up a little more low end tq.
