Does anyone have good sources to go to for vehicle storage in FL? My car may sit for several weeks at a time. I found this link but wasn't sure if there was a Corvette specific thread (which I couldn't find):

Exactly what are your concerns with C7 sitting for several weeks?
The car is garaged in FL so its a warm climate. It will likely be left on its own for up to 6-8 weeks potentially at a time. Not at our primary house so use will be sporadic.
Concerned about battery, flat spots and other items that I may be overlooking. I dont have it covered and am researching a new one.

6-8 weeks is not storage, that's extended parking.
As far as your battery, connect to a battery tender, your C7 already has a connection port for it either in your truck (convertible) or hatch area.
Modern radial tires do not flat-spot.
No need for a cover
No need for fuel stabilizer.
The only concern I would have is whether the area where you are keeping your C7 has rodents. Other than that you are worrying needlessly.
WOW. Didn’t know that about run flats, learn something new every day. Thank you!!
The only Corvettes you have worry about flat-spotting are the C1s, C2s nd early C3s with bias-ply tires. And even those flat-spots will often correct after putting some miles on them.

Thank you. I didnt know the port existed for car without battery protection package. Mine does not. Is the port compatible with any tender?
There are a few things to consider when storing your vehicle for extended periods of time.
The first is to make sure that the vehicle is in a safe and secure location. Many people choose to store their vehicles in a garage or storage unit. For example, I store mine at Storage units Edmonton. If you do not have access to a garage or storage unit, you may want to consider renting a space at a storage facility. The second thing to consider is the type of storage you will need. If you are storing your vehicle outdoors, you will need to make sure that the area is well-ventilated and that the vehicle is covered. If you are storing your vehicle indoors, you will need to make sure that the space is clean and dry.

Not trying to hijack the thread but I do have a question on this flat spotting of tires. Because of work and other things in life, I usually get to drive my car on the weekends. So mine sits in the garage usually about a week, sometimes two weeks at a time. When ever I get the car out and drive, There is a vibration for about the first 5-10 miles before the tires warm up and things smooth out. Is this normal? I thought this was flat spotting the tires. I know it is not permanent, since it goes away after some miles, and it is far less or goes away faster in the warmer months than in the colder ones. Thanks for any inputs.

Yes, perfectly normal, but more like 3-5 miles than 5-10 miles. And yes, higher to air and road temperature, the less time for tires to adjust.
