Thinking about getting a vanity plate. Just retired last week after 30 yrs in Law Enforcement. Unfortunately in this day and age I cant proudly display anything police related such as a thin blue line, blue flag, logos, etc bc of "cop hating" and it just makes my car a target. However, I am thinking about getting 10-32. Just 10-32. Means man with a gun in the police 10 codes. Other cops would get it. Average person wouldn't which is great with me. Thoughts?? Any of you have the vanity plates? Would love some ideas. BTW, my vette is a 2019 Stingray black M7 Z51. Love to see pics of yours.
10-32 is also a machine screw spec. They may think you're a nut 😁
OP, @Raidercop
My bother in law was a police officer, had IM 1042. Subtle enough, most people won't get it.Cool for those that do! Its like an inside joke, perfect.
BTW, on your thin blue line, etc. Plenty of people out here who support you, fly those with pride. (I know, depends on your area... here is rural Wis, we are alright with it.). I might be biased, my nephew is also in law enforcement, and one of my best buds is a high school officer and swat team member.
And finally, thank you for your service and years. We all don't say it enough.

Reason: tag
This plate has gotten me a free pass with your fellow Boys in Blue a few times. I just transferred it to my C7 Z.
just fyi, you can lose that front tag. MD law passed that allows Corvettes to not have a front tag as long as its in your trunk and available for presentation if asked for.

They most likely would not accept it, as it seems as almost a dare or a threat. They look at what you have picked from all directions before they give it to you. I have been turned down for the most innocent ideas I've had its crazy. But there are all kinds as you know out there and driving. Good Luck ! I hope you get whatever you like. BTW one of my turned down picks was 5150.

I ordered my personalized plate today, my first pick was not available, so I had to settle for my second choice, I will post a picture when it and the accompanying frame arrives.
So I thought I would pass on my other choice that I did not need to use, I will preface this by saying I am a Star Trek fan so I though about using a play on words by using this. 7OFMINE
Star Trek Voyager fans will understand.
