Did GM ever supply a flat-bottom steering wheel that had a Z51 identifier on the bottom edge, similar to Z06 models? I'm thinking of making an upgrade, and have been searching, but with no luck.

TIA,

I just installed this GM wheel in my 15 Z51, You can buy the Z51 stickers on Amazon
The only reason stopping me from doing this on my GS is you can see the outline of the decal, hence it looks like you stuck a decal on, like the edge of PPF. Does anybody know if they make really thin ones that sort of blend in the wheel?

That’s where Pat from American Hydrocarbon comes in. Smooth as a baby’s behind.
Here is what I did. Bought an flat bottom wheel with the red rev match paddles to match my interior, and then bought the Z06 carbon fiber bottom to match the carbon fiber dash I have. Then used a paint marker to cover up the Z06 and put the vinyl decal over it.
Back in the day building plastic models I often trimmed the extra material around a decal. Takes a bit of patience but a good pair of scissors and/or an exacto knife and you can make it look nice.
