When I cold start my 2016 Z51, it almost sounds like it's missing? It only happens on cold start, then after about 20-30s it goes away. It happened recently.
Ive had it for about 3 months. I’d say it started sounding weird (to me at least) maybe 3 weeks ago
Is the car running fine as far as power? Does it have npp flaps that open? A stuck flapper? Does it still sound the SAME TO YOU after you have run the car for a while?

Seems to be running fine, I have NPP in track mode. After the first cold start of the day, roughly 20s after, it mellows out. It sounds like the cadence is off at first. I’ll grab a longer video tomorrow, because I’m explaining it poorly.
I can hear the miss in that video. That doesn't sound normal to me. Have you started with the simple things? Plugs and wires?
The tone change after about 20 seconds due to cat warmup mode which pulls timing to heat up the catalytic converters. But, yeah, to me that startup sounds a little off.

I haven’t yet. I’m hoping it’s something simple like plugs and wires. I briefly reads that’s more of a pain than it should be.
Hoping it’s not an injector
If the car runs well at low and high speeds what's the problem? Does it stumble letting out the clutch when cold? What problems as far as drivability are you experiencing? Can it be a slow to open NPP valve/butterfly?
