Can the clutch pedal be adjusted to move it toward the driver?

I'm not sure, but I purchased a bolt on block that shortens up the distance........I had total knee replacement of the clutch knee and it helps me engage :O)

Yes, it's basically just a thicker pad for the clutch pedal. Inexpensive modification that solved a small issue.
