I have a car cover about 4 yrs old on my 2019 GS...Cover is only used when storing my car when not in use it is a "BLOCK IT by Evolution"..so say the tag.. I never us it it outside as I never park my Vette outside for storage...Lately is has been shedding a white powder like substance when I remove it...and I have to dust off my car before taking it out as it looks terrible I have NEVER washed the cover as it can be so says tag,
Thinking of purchasing a new cover..
Recommendations for a long lasting quality car cover PLEASE Thanks
I like the GM OEM car covers, fit great, have a very soft flannel lining so as not to scratch finish and come with a nice embroidered carry bag for storage when not in use.
I don't cover either. I do use a tablecloth over the ragtop to preview dust and particles from setting in the top material. I usually just use a California-Duster on painted area each time I take the car out.
Nice cover..does the fleece lining shed?..I have a problem with my current cover..fleece..and the lining sheds, leaving residue on the surface and has to be dusted off every time I remove it
Seems as some folks are a bit lazy... with the responsiveness of dusting thier Corvette.. Purhaps one could hire a "boy" to come over use the Duster being it's so difficult to find time.

Well, they can live in a snowy and wet location 6 months of the year? Even when parking in garage, each time you open door water drops from over head and wind carries light snow and rain on to the parked car. So indoor cover can still make sense. My garage door and front bumper of car, is only 4 inches apart.
